Cosmo Training App

Get Started

Download the app

  • Cosmo Training app is compatible with iPads (iOS 15+).
  • Download and open the app.
  • Create a new user account and log in.

Connect the Cosmoids

  • Enable Bluetooth on your iPad settings
  • Press the blue button on the bottom of your Cosmoid until it lights up in white.
  • Your Cosmoid is now in the Cosmo Mode.

Check Connection

  • Go to Settings. Select Advanced Settings. Connected Cosmoids will light up in 1 to 6 different colours

Play

  • Return to the main screen, open a game of your choice.
  • Your Cosmoids will light up in 1-6 different colours, indicating their status and readiness.
  • Press Play and enjoy Cosmo!

Troubleshooting connectivity issues

Go to Advanced Settings, if the circles on the screen don't light up, check for the following
  1. Check Bluetooth settings for iPad as well as the app.
  2. Turn off and on the Cosmoids and and quit and re-open the app. Return to Advanced Settings to check connections.
  3. Revert to Cosmo Mode: Press and hold the Cosmoid power button for 7-8 seconds until it lights up in red and and then flashes in white again.
  4. If the button in the bottom right of the Advanced Settings screen says Unlink from iPad, select it to make room for new Cosmoids.

Cosmoid Modes:Cosmo vs Switch Mode

  1. To change mode hold the blue button for 7-8 seconds until the Cosmoid lights up in white again.
  2. Open Cosmo Switch setup app and reconfigure.

Cosmo Switch: Character Explanation

Space: Used to move to the next item, playing one switch games or playing/pausing music and videos.

Enter: Used to select an item.

Tab: Used to move to the next item.

Arrow up/down/left/right: Mirrors the keyboard arrow keys, usually used for playing games.

Left/Right click: Mirrors the mouse left and right button.

Volume up/down: Used to control the volume of your device.

Play/Pause: Used to control your media.

Mute/Unmute: Used to control your media.

Numbers: Used in specific AAC apps.

F7/F8/F9: Used in specific AAC apps.

~1/~3: Used in specific AAC apps.
