Trial is for organisations/companies only, subject to availability with trial duration as above.
As part of this trial you agree that you and your team within one week of trial undergo an onboarding session (one hour); you book Cosmo out internally to ensure maximum use for the duration of the trial; you agree to feedback regularly and when we contact you to do so. A date close to the end of trial will be set to agree next steps.
At the end of the trial period you agree to purchase your products either through purchase or return them
directly to Filisia Interfaces Ltd at your own cost, in
good condition and with all original accessories included. You agree to ship back the product/s in the
original box, ensuring that no shipping labels are attached
directly to our packaging and that adequate protection to avoid damage during shipment is used.
Returns are accepted in UK/US only. Please ship back to one

You have one week from the end of the trial date to purchase or return your product. If you have not purchased or returned by this time you will be invoiced for the cost of the trial product (i.e. Cosmo Excel: £800 plus VAT unless exempt or $1110).
If equipment is lost, damaged, or destroyed during the trial period, you shall be responsible for the costs of repair or replacement of such equipment.
Ownership to the Products will pass to you once Filisia receives payment in full. The transfer of ownership of the Products does not mean that you own any Intellectual Property Rights in the Products.
Service cancellation requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be responded to within 7 days. Pro Plan cancellation requests will only be actioned if received 7 days before the next direct debit payment is due.
